Our client wanted to be prepared to age in place in his home. Not only did we design and build a first-floor master suite addition with an exterior remodel to create additional  bedroom and bathroom space; we further designed a closet that later can be converted into an elevator shaft to ensure the homeowner’s can be mobile between floors.
