This condo remodel was a bit tricky due to certain restrictions from the HOA (Homeowner’s Association), but won us the local NARI CotY Award for Interior Remodel Condo 2016. Our team came up with creative designs to reconfigure and update the existing bathroom, as well as create flexible space that opened up the main living area, yet provided privacy when needed. The featured images also showcase some of the modifications we made to the cabinetry and kitchen island.
