This award-winning condominium remodel, recognized at the local, regional, and national levels by NARI as a Remodeler of the Year, transformed an outdated and compartmentalized space into a home that feels both functional and personal. The client wanted a design that better supported everyday living, with improved flow, more storage, and a sense of comfort that matched the surrounding views. The original layout presented challenges, including an oversized bedroom that limited light and access, along with mechanical constraints and inefficient circulation. Through full interior demolition and thoughtful reconfiguration, the space was reshaped to include a new hallway, flex room, and sunroom, while transom windows helped carry natural light throughout. Custom cabinetry, carefully selected materials, and unique details like integrated storage and a statement mirror ball bring warmth, character, and a strong sense of identity to the home.
