This project reimagined the home’s exterior while preserving its Craftsman character. A full re-siding and new roofing system unified the existing structure with the two-story addition and detached garage. The design introduced durable materials, historic trim details, and a balanced color palette that ties the home’s original charm to its modern updates. Outdoor living was expanded with a spacious paver patio, integrated drainage system, and low-maintenance composite decking that create a smooth connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Thoughtful lighting, natural stone landscaping, and refined wood accents highlight craftsmanship and longevity, giving this century-old home a cohesive, timeless presence.
