Architectural Building Arts has a proven Design Build Process to help dreams come to life, and we’d like to share it with you.
In the last edition, we focused on the Schematic Design phase. In this edition, we’ll shine a light on the Final Design and Construction phases of our process.
In the Final Design phase, ABA finishes the last steps in the previously established design agreement. Our team produces a fixed-price proposal with associated plans and specifications for the remodeling project.
Then it’s time to move into the Construction phase! After approval, permits are acquired, a detailed construction schedule is generated, materials are ordered, and the ABA team meets with our client to discuss logistics and day-to-day life during a remodel. From there, our experienced professionals begin the art of creative transformation.

DESIGN TRENDS: REFRESH WITH WALLPAPER

After a hiatus of over a decade, wallpaper is trending again, and we couldn’t be more excited about it.
Traditional patterns are popular, but these tried and true patterns get a refresh with updated bold colors; think jewel tones and saturated colors like the ones we’re exploring for our client.
It’s a good idea to create inspiration boards to visualize your space.
