Melinda joined Architectural Building Arts in 1995 with a background in sales and marketing, and since that time has played an instrumental role in forming the company culture we have today.
To Melinda, there are two seasons: football, and gardening. And when the two overlap on a crisp fall Saturday (think farmers market before a Badger game) she is in her own personal heaven. There are only two things that Melinda would love more: being surrounded by her wonderful family, and finding the ultimate chocolate!

He began his training in Residential and Commercial Carpentry during the summer of 2003 as a Finish Carpenter, and eventually cross-trained as a Framing Carpenter the following year. quote: “I had the luxury of getting placed with ABA during the fall of 2016 as additional help during a project renovating a residence along the lakeside of L. Mendota. The first morning, I was immediately introduced to the scope of the project by the Production Manager who chose to invest into taking the time to walk me through what had already happened prior to my arrival, what was planned in upcoming weeks and what needed to take place within the next few days. That introduction alone separated ABA from every other company I had experienced working with all the way back to my initial apprenticeship in 2003, which established the standard I know today and bring to ABA. It showed me the experience and maturity this company has within their employees and leadership structure, the importance they place on teamwork, and value they exhibit toward accomplishing their mission. I knew right then I wanted to become part of that team, eventually applied to ABA as the first and only company I have done so since moving to Madison in 2012, and am grateful for joining to this day!”
Joined ABA again as Pricing Assistant. He has been a great asset in the office assisting our estimator, and creating project agreement write ups. Andrew is proficient with technology and computers, though often he’d prefer to be camping or at the family cabin in northern Wisconsin.
quote: "The ABA office has a great atmosphere, and I’ve enjoyed learning more about the business through my introduction to the estimating process.”
